mother house, recognizable by its large blue facade, located at the crossroads of Christ, you will find an exhibition room in which the history of the anchovies of
Collioure is summarized through a collection of paintings, black and white photos and objects. Daily.
At the Desclaux, it's a family affair: ""We have been producing anchovies in Collioure since 1903. Which means that we buy it from fishermen and we transform it with salt using the same manufacturing process as 'in the Middle Ages,' recalls Remy Desclaux, the designer's great-great-grandson. And, live, you will attend

A know-how preserved and transmitted from generation to generation. Anchovies in salt, oil or in different variations, this local star with Mediterranean flavors has always been worked manually.
