The unusual in Collioure has been a family affair for more than 22 years, at first it was a modest creperie in the year 2000, it became through hard work, a beautiful Brasserie Crêperie Glacier installed at the foot of the famous bell tower of Collioure , by the sea, with its 2 large terraces offering a view of the sea and the Royal Castle.
The Insolite's ice creams are all made on site in the laboratory visible from the terrace, homemade from milk and fruit, just like the pastries.
In addition to the succulent and original crepes and homemade galettes, l'Insolite offerscold and hot tapas, burgers and daily specials, all cooked to order from fresh and local products, always with the concern for the search for quality in the products.
Open non-stop , from early morning to late afternoon from October to May and until late evening in season (June to September), every day in good weather, winter and summer, on place or to take away.
A terrace is available for ice cream to go.
