This summer, start your day with a yoga class on Saint Vincent Beach for a relaxing morning break!
Relaxation and letting go will be on the program!
Suitable for all levels , this session of 1:00 will bring you well - being throughout the day.
You will begin with a session of meditation or breathing in full consciousness followed by a series of rhythmic postures for your breath and to finish a few minutes of relaxation and letting go of the waves.
Plan a floor mat or a large enough towel and eat light lunch.
A tea will be offered at the end of the course!

Provide floor mats or beach towel wide, and not too much breakfast.
