In the cool, calm of the early morning, sheltered from the sun, Bénédicte welcomes you to the pretty Saint Vincent beach for a gentle, mindful yoga session that ends with relaxation and meditation facing the magnificent bay of Collioure.

Bénédicte has been a certified Hatha yoga instructor since 2012 and knows how to adapt her classes to everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners.
