THE ERMITAGE NOTRE DAME DE CONSOLATION

A pleasant place for a walk, the Ermitage de Consolation site is home to a 15th-century chapel containing an altarpiece and marine ex-votos. It is located on the D86 in Collioure.

HIKING TOPO :

• Leave the Glacis car park and walk down to the roundabout (on the faubourg side).
• Walk past the Temple Protestant, rue du temple.
• Pass under the railway tunnel.
• Then follow Rue de la Galère.
• Continue straight ahead until you reach the crow's-foot signposted "Consolation" on your left, until you reach the fork in the road on your left, which starts at the oratory of Saint-Jacques.
• Pass under the viaduct and continue straight on towards the Sainte-Thérèse oratory.
• Turn left after the small bridge.
• Take the paved path on the right that leads to Consolation.
