As part of its quality approach, the Collioure Tourist Office has taken steps to offer you impeccable hospitality and service by achieving a Category 1 rating. But its commitment does not stop there: it is striving to promote more sustainable and inclusive tourism, while preserving and promoting its heritage.
Impeccable hospitality and service
1
Classification in category 1
The classification of tourist offices, established by the Ministry of Tourism, assesses the quality of the welcome and services provided by the tourist office and ensures consistency in the welcome provided by tourist offices across the country. It is a guarantee of professionalism. The classification consists of three categories, from category 1 (the highest) to category 3.
2
Our absolute commitment to Collioure
The Tourist Office, Town Hall and local businesses have joined forces to sign up to the Absolument Collioure charter, ensuring that your stay is the best possible experience!
Thanks to concrete, shared commitments, we strive to offer you the warmest welcome and high-quality services throughout your visit.

The ‘Qualité Tourisme™’ brand is becoming a destination of excellence (currently undergoing certification).
Created in 2005, the Qualité Tourisme™ label will become ‘Destination d’excellence’ from 2024 onwards. The tourist office still holds the Qualité Tourisme™ label and is actively working towards obtaining the ‘Destination d’excellence’ label.
This new label aims to offer visitors high-quality hospitality and services, as well as commitments in terms of eco-responsibility and accessibility for people with disabilities. The decision on whether to award the label to the tourist office will be made in 2026.
Sustainable and inclusive tourism

The ‘Lisio web committed’ solution
In a move firmly focused on inclusion and digital sobriety, the Tourist Office has chosen to adopt the ‘Lisio Web Engagé’ solution.
This technology offers eco-friendly and personalised display, while providing translation into 28 languages, in order to make our website more accessible, inclusive and environmentally friendly.

Its purpose?

Preserving heritage
