L’Insolite in Collioure has been a family-run business for over 20 years. It started as a modest crêperie in 2000 and, through hard work, has grown into a beautiful brasserie, crêperie, and ice cream shop located at the foot of Collioure’s famous bell tower, right on the waterfront, with two large terraces offering views of the sea and the Royal Castle.
L’Insolite’s ice creams are all made on-site in the kitchen visible from the terrace, homemade using milk and fruit, just like the pastries.
L’Insolite offers cold and hot tapas, burgers, and daily specials, all prepared to order using fresh, local ingredients, with a constant focus on product quality.
Open non-stop, from early morning until late afternoon from October to May and until late evening during the high season (June to September), every day when the weather is nice, winter and summer alike, for dining in or takeout.
A terrace is available.
