It is an institution : the little tourist train of Collioure has been running for two decades. The departure is taken every hour, even every 30 min in season, near the post office, on the place of May 8, 1945. The valiant little train attacks the ascent towards the heights of Collioure by the way of the Galère "We go up to Fort Saint Elme ".
Through the terraced vineyards, having reached the foot of the fort, the white and yellow wagons pause to admire the panoramic view that goes from the coast and the bay of Collioure to the Roussillon plain to the Pyrenees .
"Then we go down to Port-Vendres ", to then walk along the quays of this small commercial port. The return is via the ledge, with a breathtaking panorama of the rocky coast and its coves.
