Mill

The mill

The mill was built in the 14th century to grind grain into flour, and is most likely the oldest grain mill in Roussillon.

It ceased activity in the 19th century, and over time, the building degraded until only ruins were left. The municipality began restoration works, which were completed in June 2001.

Today, it is used to press olives and make Collioure olive oil. Collioure oil mill in the Côte Vermeille.
