This holiday home (700m from the village and the beaches) with an area of 120 m² includes a ground floor with a first floor on fully enclosed grounds. Very pleasant house and exteriors.

2 bedrooms :1 with a 160 cm bed, closet-wardrobe, another with 2 beds 80 cm that can make a 160 cm bed, closet-wardrobe, wardrobe.

Deposit: 25% on booking
Balance: 2 weeks before entering the rental
Tourist tax: 0.99€ cents per day and per adult person.
Supplement of €6.50/day/additional person for a group of more than 8 people and after agreement with the owners
Electricity charges not included in the rental amount from October 1 to May 30
Security deposit €1000 + cleaning check €110. These checks are returned on the day of departure after inventory of fixtures.
Pet: 45€/week after agreement of the owners

We spent 2 weeks at Mas Ardo in September 2021 and enjoyed it very much:
The house is spacious, well maintained and perfectly equipped. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
We lacked nothing: The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-blade gas stove, an oven with grill and additional microwave, a large fridge with freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle and a dishwasher. There are plenty of kitchen and table utensils even though the house is full to capacity.In addition, you will find a barbecue under the covered terrace, a washing machine and plenty of washing line in the garden for drying. A garden gate allows easy access to a picturesque lane leading directly to the center of the village and to the sea in 10 minutes.
What else could you ask for? Maybe a private parking space, but 90% of the time there was a space available in the very quiet street in front of the house.
We loved it and will definitely be back.

We didn't miss anything:The kitchen is fully equipped with a four lames gas cooker, an oven with grill and extra microwave, a big fridge with freezer, coffee mashine, toaster, electrical kettle and a dish washer. There is plenty of kitchen and tableware even of fully booked. Additionay you find a barbecue factility under the covered terrace, a washing machine and plenty of washine line in the garden for drying. A garden gate gives easy entrance to a picturesque lane leading directly to the village center and the sea in 10 minutes time.
What else could one ask for? Maybe a private parking place, but in 90% of the time, there was a place available in the very calm street in front of the house.

Following our stay at the beginning of August in the property of Madame Terriau, chosen on the website of the Collioure tourist office,I send you the thanks of the whole family for our magnificent week of vacation.
Arriving by train, we were able to enjoy the city and the beaches, as well as the astrophysics festival, all within walking distance.
And with the high temperatures, the spacious rooms of the house, as much as the garden in the shade of the vegetation, were an ideal refuge!
